The customer care service is very supportive at AT&T

I like when customer service show that they are just regular people doing a job, makes me feel like they are on my side.

  1. They always should make you feel they're on your side! It's part of their job!
    In my case Customer care tech support really helped me to promote my company! I felt they were part of it, like one of my employees. Trust me, it was a relieve! I didnt have to be in charge everything!
